Dear Olivia: Yes, it’s hard, since sailing this boat involves so much exercise and when I am grinding the winches for 300 revolutions, I get out of breath. But one good thing is that the air is so clean, and doesn’t have the pollens that I am allergic to on land. So that is a big benefit.
I don’t have a special waterproof inhaler, but the one that I do have is sealed and so even if it got wet, it would still work fine. Plus, I keep it in the cabin where hopefully it won’t get wet.
